- Wodelok requests that a writ is sent to the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer to discharge him of a sum that he is charged with in his account. He is charged of £34 of Burghersh for the arrears of the lands and tenements that were Burghersh's. Burghersh was arrested in the Exchequer on the same sum and afterwards the sum was respited to the petitioner because Burghersh alleged before the barons of the Exchequer that the arrears escheated when Burghersh was in the custody of the king.
