- Botiller requests that the escheator be commanded to surcease his grievances and distresses made against him and his tenants by the seizure of their land, and innumerable injuries, and that he release their distresses taken for this reason. Botiller had approved the wastes and woods of his manors of Wem and Tyrley that are held of the king in chief, by letting the wastes and woods to various tenants of the manors for the term of their lives for a certain rent to be rendered from year to year, by which the manors are greatly increased to the great profit of the king when it escheats into his custody.
