- Fiz Warin complains of the present sheriff of Northamptonshire, since he brought a writ of the king into his county of Northamptonshire to remove the dispute that was between the Cattworzes and the petitioner before the justices of the king at Westminster, but the sheriff twice falsely returned that there was no such dispute to Fiz Warin's dispute. He has gone through the legal process so that the sheriff can be amerced or has to answer at a certain day before the justices as to the reason why he has not made execution as commanded by the king, by which Fiz Warin requests that he can aver before the auditors that he has a dispute in the county on the day that he brought the pone out of Chancery, and that the sheriff make amends on this to him for the long suit that he has made.
