- [The petition is in two parts, though parts of the right-hand side of the first request, and considerable portions of the second request have been lost].1) Tollok shows that the Cheket brothers riotously and with a number of associates rescued a distress of 18 oxen that he had made at Callington, beating him and imprisoning him to his great cost and jeopardy, and he requests a remedy.2) Tollok complains of an assault on him by Jaggow, riotously and by force and arms, and requests remedy.
