Nature of request
Trethewy complains that on 6 September in the 17th year of the king's reign that Glynn with 24 men arrayed in manner of war at Penarthtown broke the houses of Pluck and Glegge at about midnight, and beat Pluck's wife who was great with child so that within 14 days she was delivered of a dead child and is likely to die herself, and imprisoned Pluck for 2 days and nights and carried away his goods. They also beat Glegge's mother-in-law. As a consequence of this Trethewy lost the service of his servants.
