[The petition is badly damaged which perhaps half of the petition from the right-hand side being either missing or illegible].The petitioner complains of the murder of her husband, William Dawkyn, and threats made against her if she makes an appeal of the murder, and the prevention of her from collecting the debts due to her husband. She requests that the chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster be commanded directly by his letters, notwithstanding any liberties, to seize the evil doers
