[The petition is badly damaged with portions of the left side of the petition being missing, and parts of the remainder being illegible].The petitioner states that he went with his goods and other merchandises to Brabant, and at the fair of Antwerp, the ministers of the duke [of Brabant] and the keepers of the town of Antwerp arrested his goods and imprisoned him. [The request is in parts missing or illegible, but probably requests a arrest on the goods of the people of Antwerp in England].
