Mayor, jurats, burgesses, one hundred peers and all the commonalty of the town of St Emilion.

Nature of request
[The petition is badly damaged and is missing much of its left-hand side. The petitioners appear to be requesting that the king grant and confirm their liberties, and they seem to offer 50 tuns of white wine for this. Reference is made of the time of the war, and to the late king].
