Nature of request
The people request that another clerk be assigned to receive recognisances of debt in the city of Lincoln because John de Nicole will not reside there or come to keep the office.
Nature of endorsement
Let it be ordered to the said John that he reside upon the office as the statute wills, and if he does not wish to do so, the king will put someone else in his place.
