The petitioner states that by letters that he granted to Coumbwell, he wishes it to be known that Coumbwell [...] assigned to enquire of the tourn of his animals/goods put in his bailiwick, and he sought him but Coumbwell was not in the forest [...] and people, despite the tourn, continue to cut timber in his bailiwick to the great damage of the king [...] by reason that he had attached them before that he [...] at the tourn procured to the justice [...] that they will say that he attached them against the assize [...]. He requests another letter to Coumbwell that he not disturb him [...] malice [...].
