1) Jordan states that the comte de Armagnac has inflicted a lot of damage on his men in the castle and barony of Cazaubon to the value of 2000 marks and requests that the seneschal of Gascony be commanded that amends be made for the damage, and speedy justice be delivered.2) The same Jordan states that he has a mill in the honour and district of the 'astri' [? castle/home] of Mongaillard, and his predecessors had one in the same place, and recently the petitioner made to rebuild the mill and the men of the comte de Perigueux living by Lavardac disturbed him in the rebuilding of the same. Jordan requests that the seneschal of the Agenais be commanded to enquire of whether the petitioner's ancestors had the mill, and if it is found true, then the men should not disturb him in the rebuilding.
