[The petition is badly damaged with only a portion of the middle of the petition surviving so that the full sense is not clear].The petitioner refers to a right that he has by point of charter, and refers to his men being quit of murder. Reference is made to the confines of the counties of Warwickshire [and (presumably) Staffordshire, and to the hundred of Offlow, and the petitioner refers to his profits from a court from which he has now been ousted. The petitioner requests an order and delivery presumably of the court or profits.
