[The petition is damaged and is missing a portion of its left-hand side, and is in parts illegible].Blount requests that the king will grant him the keeping of the lands and tenements that came into the king's hand by the death of John Sutton [during] the minority of the heir. [This he requests in lieu of] the grant made to the supplicant of £70 from the honour of Tutbury, ... Derby, and £10 from the lands and tenements that were Lord Despenser's in the city of London.
