Netylton states that he has been maliciously indicted of forging false money and detained in the king's gaol of Lincoln, and he requests a commission be made to the justices assigned to deliver the gaol in Lincolnshire that they can proceed to his delivery.

Deincourt, Cubbeldik and Chamberlain are assigned justices to deliver the gaol of the petitioner and do what is according to the law and custom of the realm etc. If only two can attend one is to be Cubbeldik.

The petition is dated to 1318 as a Latin summary of the petition and response was enrolled on the parliament roll for this year and a commission was issued in response to the petitioner to deliver Lincoln gaol of the petitioner (PROME::parliament of October 1318 (SC 9/21), Text and Translation, no. 194). A commission was issued to deliver the petitioner from Lincoln gaol on 23 November 1318 (CPR 1317-21, p. 297).
