[Petition in several parts:]1) [Almost entirely missing].2) [Almost entirely missing].3) [Almost entirely missing].4) [Almost entirely missing].5) [Mostly missing, but refers to Fastolf and Neville].6) [Complaint concerning the liberties of the people of Great Yarmouth in relation to their fair].7) The petitioners complain of the abuse of the powers of the staple by Fastolf and another.8) [Complaint against Fastolf, though sense is not clear].9) Complaint concerning misprisons, damages and extortions made by Fastolf by power of his office of the admiralty.

Note
The petition is dated to c. 1376 because apparently related petitions in the rolls of parliament, and in the close rolls date to 1376. However, an entry of the dorse states that the petition is 'Of the first parliament' which presumably means that it is a petition of the first parliament of Richard II in 1377.
