Note (Additional information about the record)
- The petition is dated to c. 1376 because apparently related petitions in the rolls of parliament, and in the close rolls date to 1376. However, an entry of the dorse states that the petition is 'Of the first parliament' which presumably means that it is a petition of the first parliament of Richard II in 1377.
