[This document is badly damaged] The Mayor and community of London quote a charter of pardon from the king rehearsing the sentence passed on John Norhampton, John More, and Richard Norbury for an uprising in London, and pardoning them, at the request of the king's uncle, the Duke of Lancaster; and request a special charter of pardon, releasing them from any imprisonment, redemption and forfeiture that they might incur by reason of their assent [to the crimes of John, John and Richard], so that they, their heirs and their successors might not be molested on this account.

The common petitions in Rot. Parl. vol. III pp.291b-293b were presented to the parliament of November 1391, and ask for the restitution of John Norhampton, after the repeal of the judgments against him in the parliament of November 1390, and for the repeal of the judgments against Richard Norbury and John More. This petition would seem to date from around the same time.
