[This petition is fragmentary] To our lord the king and his council requests and complains Isarn de Lanplan, your sergeant-at-arms and . . . Lady of Lalanne that whereas the place of Guiche, which is in your land of Labourd . . . to the said Meiloures, wife of the said Isarn, and to their heirs, by condition of being first-born and succession . . . Raymond Durant has the said place occupied by his lordship and by his force by false . . . custom and right. And the said Raymond Durant has sought from you high lordship in the said . . . disinheritance of Isarn, his wife and their heirs, to the great fraud . . . the said command that you have given him concerning the said lordship and to order . . . Durant that he should not hold the said place . . . things . . . heirs lose their . . . wife and their heirs . . .

The Seneschal [of] Gascony is to be ordered that, having heard their complaint . . . is contained in the bill . . . further what is just and reasonable.
