Nature of request
John de St John requests letters to Hugh le Despenser, Justice of the Forest, to allow him to enjoy his park within his manor of Sherborne in the county of Hampshire, which his father enclosed by the king's grace, and for which he has his charter.
Nature of endorsement
The king has ordered Hugh le Despenser that if any parks have been made since the time of the disafforestation of the forests until now, then, since that disafforestation and perambulation of the forests has been annulled, the parks made in this way are to be completely annulled.
