The cotters of Somerfeld and tenants of the church of the same vill state that they have only a poor cottage each, but are taxed and tallaged unduly. They ask that, for the sake of the king's ancestors and of the queen's soul, they might have moderation of these grievances, and be charged according to the quantity of their tenement; and that the church might have what is due to it.
