[This petition is damaged] Hugh de [Pyckeworthe] states that Hugh de Gaytford, Simon de Pontfreint, chaplain, John, [son of Henry Palicok, Peter le Swynhirde], Peter Balcok, Henry Bedeman and John Saleman came with force and arms to the manor of [Holme] near Selby, while he was in Scotland on the king's service, and drove off two oxen that he had seized for debts due to him, and wounded and ill-treated [several] of his servants, so that he lost their service for a long time. He requests a commission of oyer et terminer.
