[This petition is damaged] Richard, Bishop of Ossory, states that when he was at the court of Rome, his enemies and others have destroyed his goods and those of his church. He asks the king, at the request of the pope and cardinals to order the justices of Ireland and the Treasurer there to restore his goods..

Richard Ledred was Bishop of Ossory between 1318 and c. 1361. Dated to c. 1335 by 'Irish Ancient Petitions', with reference to Cal. Papal Registers, vol. II pp.521-522, which is dated 8 days before the Ides of November (6 November), 1335, and which seems to be related.
