[Philip] de Hoyvyle (Hoyvill), Sheriff of Hampshire
John de Wyntereshulle.
Note
Philip de Hoyvill was Sheriff of Hampshire between 23 April 1305 and 14 November 1306, which would seem to date this petition to c. 1306 - and the mention of the soul of the king's father might suggest a date early in the reign of Edward II. But an earlier Philip de Hovill was Sheriff between October 1280 and October 1282, and the petition might well date to this period instead.
