- The burgesses of Harlech request that their charter be amended concerning the escheated lands, extended at 37s 6d to be contained in the fee farm of £22, also the mills in the commote of Ardudwy. They had been distrained to pay the same for the previous six years.1)
- Nature of endorsement
- The certification should come before the council.2) The burgesses having shown the certification and the King's charter of the town's fee farm before the council in the Parliament of Northampton, it was agreed that they should be discharged of the 37s 6d and have a writ thereon, saving always the King's right.
