Nature of request
Joan, widow of Roger Power, requests that her late husband be pardoned on his account for money and merchandises still owing. Roger Power was assigned to collect wool and other merchandises leaving the country uncustomed, and often arranged by indenture to leave the seized merchandises with the King's ministers at the ports, but because these indentures were on his person when he was killed and robbed, she cannot retrieve the said merchandises.
