Nature of request
John and Emmeline Colshull request remedy because it was found by inquisition taken before Kentwode and Horbury, commissioners in Cornwall, that on 6 October 10 Richard II Tresilian was seised in his demesne as of fee of the manors of Tremadart, Rathwell, Canalissey, Trenant, Manely, St Cleer and Liskeard, the advowsons of St Ewe and Lansallos, and lands in Bodmin, Kilmenawth and Trenowth, when he actually held them either in the right of Emmeline, then his wife, or jointly with her. All these lands have been seised into the King's hand.
