Atwyll, who is seised of a tinwork in Devon called 'Furssehyll alias Furssebell' in Walkhampton, requests that writs be directed to Langford, Foot, Foot, Lovyt, Hancock and Trehaus to come before the council to answer for their attack, with other armed unknowns, upon his tinwork and their theft of his black tin.
