Tothe requests that letters of the privy seal be directed to Couper to make restitution to the petitioner or to come before the council to answer for his actions. When Couper was bailiff errant of Ryedale and Helmsley wapentake he wrongly and maliciously amerced Tothe for his land in Great Edstone.
