The people of Newington and Walworth request that West be ordered not to further trouble Richard, Hosier, Hill, Stanley or any of the other 16 people whom he has had arrested and imprisoned for trespassing on his enclosed land. The enclosed land, in a croft in the parish of St George, Southwark, contains a common pathway and procession-way leading to Canterbury.
