The prioress and convent of Usk, who are seised of the church of Badgeworth, request that the earl ask the King to order his chancellor to cause Moyle to come before the council to answer for his actions. Moyle has been taking the church of Badgeworth's mortuaries and tithes to his own use.

Note
The petition is dated on the guard to c. 1394. However a later dates seems more likely since Edmund Mortimer was a great benefactor of Usk priory as well as Lord of Usk, and in 1422-5 was on the council of regency for Henry VI.
