[Manuscript defective] Agnes, wife of Rhys ap Madoc ap Eynon, petitions on behalf of her husband, a prisoner.
Nature of endorsement
On 15 November in the 12th year at Westminster, it was granted that the chancellor send a writ to the constable of Windsor castle or his lieutenant to have the said prisoner before the council at Westminster on Friday 20 November in this matter. Those present: Gloucester, Cardinal, Canterbury, York, Ely, Lincoln, Norwich, Bath, the chancellor, Warwick, Stafford, Suffolk, Hungerford, Scrope, Tiptoft, Cromwell, the treasurer and others.
