Nature of request
Risheton requests delivery of the manor of Rishton with no further delay. The King granted his petition to have the manor as his inheritance, which manor was in the King's hand by Talbot's forfeiture.
Nature of endorsement
It was agreed by the King's lieutenant and the lords of this Parliament held at Westminster on 16 November 5 Henry V, on good advice and mature deliberation, that the petitioner should have seisin and livery out of the King's hand of the manor of Rishton according to the effect of his petition remaining in Chancery.
