Thomas Knap, owner of a ship called 'le Barlebieu' of Bristol, and John Knap, its master, request delivery of the ship which for a very long time has been waiting in arrest for the King's business.

Be it remembered that on 13 October in the 4th year etc., with the chancellor, treasurer, keeper of the privy seal, the bishops of Lincoln, Hereford and ..., the earls of Westmorland and Worcester, Scarle, Sturmy, Doreward and Frome present in council, it was agreed that the ship called 'la Barnabe' of Bristol, of which Thomas Knapp is owner and John Knapp master, arrested by Drax, be de-arrested and delivered to them, and they should have a writ thereon.
