The Queen states that at the last parliament at Westminster it pleased the king to grant her the reversion of all the lands, tenements, rents, possessions and offices that Matthew de Gournay, knight, holds for term of life of the king's grant, or the grant of his ancestors or predecessors. She now requests letters patent in due form for this gift.

CPR 1401-5 p.412 is dated 5 August 1404, and is clearly in response to this petition. Rot. Parl. vol. III pp.532b-533a is the enrolment on the parliament roll of a petition presented by the Queen on this matter to the last parliament, that of January 1404.
