CPR 1401-5 p.25 is dated 7 November 1401: the petition must date from after this. CPR 1401-5 p.25 also states that on 10 July 13 Henry IV (1412) William was granted this sum from the issues of Leicestershire and Warwickshire, rather than from the Exchequer: as these annuities seem to come from the Exchequer, this petition probably dates from before this date.
