Edward Mulso, knight, and Lewis Galet state that they have received only part payment of the expenses promised to them for an embassy to Flanders, and request letters of the privy seal to the Treasurer and Chamberlains to pay them the remainder.
Nature of endorsement
[On face] On 24 July in the thirty-second year of his reign, at Westminster, the king, by the advice of his council, ordered the Keeper of the Privy Seal to have letters made under the same seal according to the effect of the supplication. The aforementioned lords subscribed themselves as appears [signs manual]:W. Winchester.T. Ely.R. York.Salisbury.Bourgchier.T. Kent.Prior of St John.J. Duddeley.[There seems to be a further, illegible, sign manual][None on dorse]
