- Galhard de Tastes states that because he was in the service of the king's father in the last war in Gascony, the King of France's people have occupied his lands, goods and inheritances, both in Lamothe-Landerron and elsewhere in the Duchy of Guyenne. He requests compensation, so that other may have more desire to serve the king from the example.
