- Arnold de Puhs states that the gentlemen of Rions, living within the fortress of Rions, have lost their houses and other goods there, as have the other burgesses of the town, and asks the king to make them some grant to help their estate.

- The king's intention is that all those gentlemen and others who had houses within the town or fortress, and wish to inhabit them, are to be aided with the aid that was ordained at Burstwick; and the Seneschal of Gascony and Constable of Bordeaux are to be given orders on this.
