- Bernard, Lord of Garro, states that he was in the king's service throughout the war in Gascony, and delivered Garro to the king's lieutenants in Labourd. But while he was in the king's service the lieutenants burnt down Garro. He asks that the Seneschal might be ordered to allow him to rebuild it.

- The king has granted this petition, provided that he finds security that he will surrender the castle to the king when he is asked by his ministers, provided that he does not rebuild it in any way other than it was before the war. And the Seneschal is to have orders for this.Entered.
