Nature of request
Sansaner de Podenx, and William Arnold and Bidau, his brothers, state that they have been in the king's service throughout the war and the truce, and request payment of what the king owes them for their wages; and if the king does not wish to pay them at present, the request an assignment in the bailiwick, fishery and appurtenances of Lalinde, and the arrears which William Arnold owes by reason of his holding of this bailiwick.
Nature of endorsement
The Constable of Bordeaux is to be ordered to allow him what he owes the king for his bailiwick in payment of the debt that the king owes him, on this occasion.
