Nature of request
Vidal Rose states that he has been in the king's service with Amaneu de le Bryt throughout the war, and that, while he was in the king's service, and was under the age of twenty-five years, his brother, Martin a Rose, sold and alienated the goods that had come to him by inheritance from his father, without his will. He asks that the Seneschal of the Agenais might be ordered that, if things are as he claims, his goods might be restored to him.

The Seneschal is to be ordered that, calling the parties who are to be called, swift justice should be done for him.
