Nature of request
Gerald de Colonges, clerk, of le Mas-d'Agenais, states that he was accused by his enemies of having killed Raoul de Beslog, and arrested by the Official of Agen; and the people of the King of France, who held all Gascony at that time, took his goods. He has now been acquitted and has purged himself, and is known not to be guilty of that charge. His goods are now in the hands of the king's people, and he asks that the Seneschal of the Agenais and his people might be ordered to return his goods to him, together with the fruits of these possessons from the time when they were in the king's hand.

The Seneschal is to be ordered that, if it is as he has recounted, and no other's right is against him, he is to deliver his lands to him.
