- Peter Micol states that the French have withheld his land in . . . and in the Bazadais to the value of £30 sterling since the beginning of the war. He asks that he might be compensated with an equal amount of land forfeited by the rebels in the Bordelais; and requests a writ to the Constable of Bordeaux for this.

- The king has ordained that certain great people will be sent quickly with full power to do the things which are appropriate and profitable for himself and his subjects; and the king will order them that, when they have informed themselves of his losses, they are to give him such recompense as is appropriate and as might reasonably suffice.
