Name(s)

King.
Nature of request
Seguin del Puch, petitioning for himself and his nephews, states that in a case brought by his parents against Gaubert de Mairak concerning half the inheritance of Guilhem Seguin Descausan, knight, judgment was given by the Seneschal of Gascony that they should have half the inheritance, and that Gaubert's half of the inheritance should remain in the hand of the Seneschal until Seguin's parents were in full possession of their half. He asks that the Seneschal or his lieutenant might be ordered to put this judgment into execution, and to maintain Seguin and his nephews in their right, notwithstanding any agreements or settlements arrived at or to be arrived at between the Seneschal and the Lord of Langoiran, who is acting to the prejudice of this judgment. And if any of the goods in the king's hand have been alienated, he asks that they might be restored to their former estate.
