Elias de Puybon states that the Seneschal and Constable have given him, in the king's name, the chapel and chapelry of St Katherine of the Ile d'Oleron, vacant by the death of master Thomas de Askebi. He asks that, for his good service to the king and his father in the Exchequer and in the counter-roll of Bordeaux castle, this gift might be confirmed by means of the king's letters patent.
