Nature of request
Letter from Maurice, Lord of Creon to Robert, Bishop of Bath, stating that two years' worth of an annual rent of 60 marks are due to him in the Exchequer this Michaelmas of 1283, which he owes to John Done Dieu and his companions. He asks that these 120 marks might be paid to the merchants.
