- Gaston de Lila states that his clerk, Vidal Caubin, has lost all his possessions and inheritances in Langon by reason of the war in Gascony, without receiving any compensation. He asks, of the king's special grace, that Vidal might be made collector and receiver of the king's toll (peatge) in Saint-Macaire for term of 8 years, receiving the accustomed wages.
