Eniourens de Guines and Christina his wife ask that the general attorney and protection granted to them until Martinmas might be extended for two years, as their inheritances in the realm of France are impleaded, and they are in danger of disinheritance. They promise to return quickly to England.
Nature of endorsement
He is to have men at arms in the Scottish March, to defend the lands in the March; and then he is to be given a protection without the clause together with general attorneys as he requests.
