Note
CPR 1327-30 p.542 is dated 20 July 1330. It may be in response to the petition but describes William Raymond de Banket as prebendary. According to Fasti Ecclesiae Anglicanae 1300-1541 p.1330 he was provided with a canonry with expectation of a prebend in January 1325, and became prebendary of Beminster Secunda between 31 August 1329 and 1 September 1330. He exchanged his prebend for one in Crediton collegiate church on 23 September 1330. This petition would therefore seem to date from between 1325 and 1330.
