William, Abbot of Fecamp, makes two requests:1) He requests a writ of dedimus potestatem to Bartholomew de Borewasshe, Seneschal of Ponthieu, to receive his fealty for the lands that he holds of the king in England.2) He asks for another dedimus potestatem, that he might appoint general attorneys for three years, and that Bartholomew de Borewasshe might receive them.
