Description

Folios 195-197. Letter from Hector Rose, Magistrate, Fleetlands, Hampshire, concerning an incendiary fire and asks the government to offer a reward and pardon to any accomplices giving information. Folio 197 is a note written by a government representative, referring to a incendiary fire on the premises of Charles Osborn, Fareham.
